Bringing in the concept of Virtual Call Center into business in Goa - Voice Goa

The current market state is that India is loosing out its key voice process outsourcing business to other countries that are closer to the western culture and can understand the mentality of the customers they are handling. As far as I got to know from the articles around the world, the main problem of under performance is that the lack of soft skills and call handling capability of the centers.

So we are planning to set up a virtual call center that would source and train people by setting good examples and make them achieve the targets with the best use of technology. 

Since they will be working freelance from home I believe they will have the best ambiance for a talk on the phone. The disturbance from other calls will also be completely avoided which can allow them to concentrate effective on the person talking on the phone and listen with patience. 

Hope we get a hold on this industry and thus allow the agents to perform their best and earn better than in a conventional call center which would have made huge investments in infrastructure and try to recover it from the employees hard work. We are starting small and want to stay focused and gain expertise in this field.
